Corrections Policy

Corrections Policy

Digital in Asia is committed to accuracy. When we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and transparently.

Our Commitment

Accuracy is the foundation of everything we publish. Digital in Asia strives to ensure that all facts, statistics, and claims in our articles and reports are correct, properly sourced, and fairly presented. We take errors seriously regardless of how they occur.

How We Handle Corrections

When an error is identified in any published content, we follow a consistent process:

  • Factual errors are corrected in the original article as soon as possible. A correction note is added at the end of the article stating what was changed and when.
  • Data and statistical errors in reports or analysis pieces are corrected with an updated figure and a note explaining the change, including the original incorrect figure for transparency.
  • Typographical or minor errors (spelling, grammar, broken links) are corrected without a formal note, as they do not affect the substance of the content.
  • Significant retractions are noted prominently at the top of the original article with an explanation.

How to Report an Error

If you believe you have found an error in any Digital in Asia content, please contact us. We review all reports and respond as quickly as possible.

Email: [email protected]
Please include the article title or URL, the specific error you have identified, and any supporting information or sources.

Sources and Attribution

Digital in Asia cites sources for all statistics and data points used in articles and reports. Where data comes from our own original research, this is stated explicitly. We aim to link to primary sources wherever possible. If a source is paywalled or no longer available, we note this where practical.
